Over the course of my time at Five Points Washington, I have successfully grown all Five Points social media accounts as well as helped to increase our presence through the use of videos. Since taking over the social media pages, consistent and regular posting has been implemented as well as separation amongst the multiple pages to make sure content is being posted on the respective pages that they represent.

The following data was taken from November 2023 - October 2024

Five Points Washington Facebook added 683 new followers, reach increased 8.9%, interaction increased 74.5% and clicks increased 70.9%.

Five Points Washington Instagram added 117 new followers, reach increased by 24%, interaction increased by 100%, clicks increased by 100% and visits increased by 16.6%.

Five Points Live Instagram added 69 new followers, reach increased 251.4%, interaction increased 100% and profile visits increased 110.9%.

All 6 of the Facebook pages were updated with new cover photos, profile pictures and information.

Since October of 2023, 79 new followers were added to LinkedIn and regular posting was established on this page. Prior to October of 2023, there had been 0 posts on the page, which was improved to 32 posts in the one year time frame.

During this time, I also helped to increase our message on our social media pages by sharing more about what we do as a company. On top of this, I helped create and share multiple social media campaigns to help people interact with our pages. Such campaigns include: Social Media Take Overs with our Personal Training staff, The Five Points Grinch during the holiday season and Group Fitness Class highlights.
